- Discover a goat cheese dairy
Visit to the cattle and to the facilities with comments from the craftsman.
Tasting of various goat cheese. Milking demonstration (At the end of the afternoon).
- Discover a confectionery / chocolate factory
After a warm greeting at the factory, you will be able to visit the premises in company of the confectioner. There you will learn the whole story of chocolate while the confectioner will show and explain you his work. Tasting discoveries and light refreshments/snack.
- Discover a mill – manufacturing of artisanal oils
Demonstration of the making of artisanal oils in presence of the miller. Tasting of the oils, vinegars and mustards sold at the mill.
- Discover an essential oil distillery
Only from June to October, and depending on the distillation days. Visit of the facilities. Demonstration and explanation of the distillation of essential oils.
- Discover an artisanal brewery
Visit of the facilities. Explanations on the process of making artisanal beers. Tasting of the different beers.
- La voie des sens (The path to our senses)
Between the lake and the mountains, a group of associates invites you into the heart of nature, of craft industry and soil products. The regional train will bring you to the starting points of the marked paths which you can either walk or cycle. According to the chosen path you will be able to discover: a confectionery, a mill, a butcher, a farm market, an art ironwork, a poultry/avicultural park, a winemaker, a grocery.
